Daniel Dubois

Daniel is a serial tech entrepreneur, passionate community builder and expert in the sharing economy.

”Key is the absolute best way to make the biggest impact possible on society. We have an access and affordability crisis when it comes to owning real estate in top tier cities. I've seen this firsthand as friends and neighbours have been displaced in both Vancouver and Toronto.
The opportunity to change this massive issue is why I left my dream job at Airbnb. It’s the best decision I've ever made and the greatest way to contribute to something bigger than myself.”

After creating, building and selling his last two venture-backed companies (guiides.com and ShareShed), Daniel joined Airbnb full-time, where he led and managed growth in their top tier markets

Daniel’s entrepreneurial talents have been recognized with the Top 30 Under 30 Award, Canada’s Top Student Entrepreneur Award and a top three student entrepreneur globally by Entrepreneurs’ Organization. He was named a Canadian Delegate and speaker for the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance Summit and had the unique privilege of being invited for one-on-one meetings with world leaders, including Kofi Annan, Justin Trudeau and Prince William.

He has has also directed a film series on the sharing economy, and spoke in front of 20,000 youth at WeDay, sharing a stage with the Dali Lama, Al Gore, and Martin Luther King III.

Daniel’s passion for leveraging technology and building meaningful communities is central to why he founded Key.
